A U.S. military veteran, John moved to Upstate South Carolina in the mid-1990s, working as a construction supervisor. Over the last three decades, he worked with some of the most prestigious and renowned luxury builders in the area, including Gilliam Construction and Gabriel Builders, creating beautiful homes at locations like the Cliffs of Glassy and private lots all over the Upstate. With expertise in nearly every aspect of home construction—from general construction to high-end renovations, inspections, and management—John is a wealth of information and experience in the industry.
It’s that expertise and experience that John harnesses, through an address book of some of the best local subcontractors and craftsmen, and an understanding of the processes, challenges, and opportunities of building a new custom home.
